This price is all-inclusive. There are NO extra fees for W-2s or Tax Reports. Submit your information to us today, and we'll find the best rate for your business' needs. Included in our Payroll Service package (Weekly/Annually) is a Weekly Register, Year-to-Date Register, checks, Payroll Prelist, and New Hire Report (if any new emplyees for that week). We can also mail your New Hire Report for you.

Here are some optional services/reports you can add at NO ADDITIONAL COST:

Sign checks
Seal checks in double-window envelopes
Check Reconciliation Report
Department Summary Reports
Submission of 401k data to Plan Administrator electronically or other means
Gross Wages List of an employee (often requested by various state or federal agencies

Tax Services:

Submission of FICA, FIT, and FUTA Taxes to IRS electronically - Weekly, Monthly, or Quarterly
Submission of SIT to various states, including MA & VT
Completion of Tax Forms (all forms to be signed by client):

Employer's Quarterly Tax Form 941
State Unemployment Quarterly
Annual 940
Annual W2 & W3

Distribution:
We can distribute your Payroll to multiple locations if necessary. For example, we can ship your checks and prelist from Manchester, NH, and ship your registers and reports to Brattleboro, VT. This service is done via UPS, USPS, FedEX, etc. We leave the choices to you.
Turn-Around Time: Approximately Same Day, usually 4pm cut-off for most delivery services.
